History in the Corn
– Aerial Archaeology in Denmark. Until February 24th 2019.
The exhibition will reveal traces of the past as seen from the air, as if you are flying like some kind of Superman over ploughed fields and cornfields.
The exhibition features 21 aerial photos, giving visitors an opportunity to reveal the houses and fences of the past by holding a transparent sheet over the photo.
We have also been fortunate enough to borrow objects from some of the sites that were photographed, so the exhibition presents not only the traces in the cornfields, but also a number of archaeological finds.
