Create your own amulets with help from our museum Viking! You decide which runes to use. You might even be lucky enough to hear some cool Viking facts from the Viking while you work. Afterwards you get to take your amulet home with you—a real Viking souvenir.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. in weeks 42 and 43

Decorate your stone with beautiful runes and patterns. Be inspired by real rune stones or come up with your own ideas for what to write.

Hidden throughout the museum are runes that combined make up a word. See if you can complete the hunt and find the secret code word. There is a small prize for the best rune hunters.
